Fire Loss Investigation

This presentation will discuss proper fire scene investigation and evaluation using proven scientific methods to discover the origin and cause of any fire or explosion event.  FireTech Investigations is commonly called upon by insurance carriers to determine the proximate cause of a fire loss, which can help aid in the subrogation process.  Sometimes, these investigations result in identification of fraudulent fires, where people deliberately burn their property to collect insurance proceeds.  Several case studies will be reviewed and discussed, with an opportunity for Q&A at the end of the presentation.
